Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original protective packaging and clearly write the issued RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our returns processing center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
